13Lives

Entering a crowded, noisy market where a quiet launch disappears. Staffless built a campaign that shows up bigger than its budget.

Launched into a new market

The challenge

13Lives was launching into a loud market where every competitor shouts. A soft launch would have vanished into the feed on day one.

The brief was simple to say and hard to do: arrive looking established, not new.

What we built

A campaign set engineered to stop the scroll — a launch poster, a hero ad, and a brand film, all sharing one bold visual language.

Each piece does a different job. The poster plants the flag, the ad drives the click, and the film gives the brand a heartbeat. Together they read as a launch, not a post.

Why it worked

One idea, executed across formats. When the poster, the ad and the film reinforce each other, the brand feels bigger than its media budget — the same face shows up everywhere a customer looks.

That cohesion is what a new brand can control on day one, before it has reviews, reach or a back catalogue.

The result

13Lives entered a new market with a premium, cohesive presence from the first impression — the kind of arrival that makes a brand look like it has been here all along.
