Who we are
Staffless is a content and marketing studio operated by Vlad Falfouchinski. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Staffless. If you have any question about this policy or your data, you can reach us using the contact options in the footer of this site or the audit form on our homepage.
Information we collect
We only collect information in a few specific situations, and almost all of it is information you choose to give us:
- Information you submit through the audit form
- When you request an audit, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, links to your website and social profiles, and any message or context you add.
- Information from contacting us
- If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send, including your name, contact handle, and the contents of your message.
- Basic technical information
- Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to serve the site securely and diagnose problems — not to profile you.
How we use your information
We use the information above only to:
- Reply to you and deliver the audit or service you have asked for.
- Communicate with you about your enquiry or a project we are working on together.
- Keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and fix technical issues.
- Meet any legal or accounting obligations that apply to us.
Our legal basis
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply to you, we rely on the following bases: your consent when you submit the form or contact us; the performance of a contract when we carry out work you have engaged us for; and our legitimate interest in running, securing, and improving our business — balanced against your rights.
International transfers
Our service providers may store or process data on servers located in other countries. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on those providers' safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to keep your information protected to the standard required by applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client information only as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver work, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights”).
How we protect it
Enquiries are stored in a secured, access-controlled database, and the site is served over encrypted HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:
- Access — ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information.
- Objection and restriction — ask us to stop or limit certain uses.
- Portability — ask for your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
- Complain — you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Making a request
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the options in the footer or the audit form on our homepage. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity first.
Links to other sites
Our site links out to other places — our own app, our social profiles, and clients' sites. Once you leave our site, this policy no longer applies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, so please review their policies.
Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
